Support beyond the return window
This policy separates manufacturer warranty service from KochasKart’s delivery, return and statutory responsibilities.
At a glance
Where a product includes a manufacturer or brand warranty, the product page, packaging or warranty card identifies the coverage and duration. The manufacturer or its authorised service network normally performs diagnosis, repair or replacement under that warranty. KochasKart does not independently extend a manufacturer warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
For a product that arrives damaged, wrong, incomplete or non-functional, contact KochasKart within the Return Policy window. We will not direct you to a manufacturer merely to avoid a remedy for a valid delivery or immediate conformity issue.
Some appliances or furniture require authorised installation. Any included installation is stated on the product page or order confirmation. Civil work, electrical rewiring, plumbing, wall mounting, stands, consumables or access equipment are not included unless expressly listed.
Depending on the manufacturer’s written terms, coverage may exclude normal wear, consumables, cosmetic damage after acceptance, accidental or liquid damage, pest damage, misuse, voltage issues, unauthorised repair, removed serial labels or use outside stated specifications. The manufacturer must apply any exclusion fairly and consistently with law.
Keep job sheets, messages and invoices. Ask the authorised service provider for a written diagnosis and expected resolution. If the matter concerns our sale or remains unresolved, contact KochasKart and then use the Grievance Redressal Policy. Warranty is additional to rights available for defective goods under applicable law.
