Changing an order before fulfilment
This policy explains when you or KochasKart may cancel a full order or individual item and how prepaid amounts are handled.
At a glance
Open Account → Orders → Order Details and use the cancellation action when displayed. You may cancel the full order or an eligible quantity of an item. If the action is unavailable, contact support immediately; cancellation is not guaranteed once dispatch or another non-cancellable fulfilment stage begins.
We may cancel an affected item or order for unavailable or damaged stock, an obvious catalogue or price error, an unserviceable address, failed payment or verification, suspected fraud or promotion abuse, a legal or safety restriction, or an event genuinely beyond reasonable control.
A coupon or promotional benefit may be recalculated after partial cancellation. A redeemed coupon is not automatically reissued unless its terms or our confirmation say so. We will not use this rule to withhold a refund required by law.
