From checkout to your door
This policy explains serviceability, delivery estimates and charges, delivery attempts, store pickup, and what to do when a shipment is delayed or damaged.
At a glance
We deliver only to pincodes marked serviceable at the time of checkout. Serviceability can depend on product size, inventory, delivery partner, COD eligibility and access conditions. Acceptance of one order does not guarantee that every product can be delivered to the same pincode.
Delivery charges, any free-delivery threshold and the estimated minimum and maximum days are calculated from the active shipping rule and displayed before order placement. Estimates normally begin after order confirmation and payment verification where required.
If delivery fails because the address is wrong, access is unavailable, the recipient cannot be reached, or COD payment is not ready, we may make another attempt or return the order to origin. We will tell you the available next step.
Contact us promptly after delivery with the order number, label and clear photographs or video where available. Keep the product, accessories and packaging until we give instructions. Evidence helps investigation but does not remove a remedy required by law.
Pickup is offered only when shown at checkout. Wait for a ready-for-pickup notification, bring the order confirmation and requested verification, and inspect the handover where practical. The pickup location, hours and collection instructions appear on the Store Pickup page or order update.
